Horseback Riding Lessons
All horseback riding lessons are on our well-trained, gentle, and safe horses and ponies. Our goal is for people to become accomplished and well rounded equestrians. Riding involves developing a connection and bonding with these incredible animals!
Children and Adults learn all aspects of horsemanship including:
- Proper and safe way to lead a horse/pony
- Horse anatomy and grooming
- Learn the parts of the saddle and how to put it on
- Learn the parts of the bridle and how to put it on
- Proper and safe way to mount a horse
- Basic Centered Riding skills: steering, stopping, balance
- Bathing the horse/pony
- Proper and safe way to blanket a horse
- Feeding options

Do you have a child that is super motivated to learn to ride? Please look at our Summer Horsemanship Program where they will ride 10X in one week!
